Shipping to Other Areas
We currently only ship to UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Isle of Man. This may change in the future.
Shipping Methods
We use APC Express 24 hour for all shipments. Standard UK Mainland delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for in-stock items, with next day delivery available once dispatched. Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Isle of Man: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Order Processing
Big Green Eggs: Delivered direct from manufacturer via kerbside, lead time 5–10 working days.
Range Cookers, Refrigeration, Extraction Hoods: Ordered direct from manufacturer, typical lead time 2–5 weeks depending on stock.
From the Anvil: If in stock, allow up to 7 days. Out-of-stock items will be refunded if you wish to cancel.
Lighting: Made to order, delivery 2–4 weeks.
