Our cast aluminium wok features a flat, wide bottom to make perfect contact with the AGA hotplate. Now with the added benefit of a removable handle, this wok can be gently pre-heated in the ovens to ensure the heat has extended up the sides of the pan for guaranteed fast cooking.
