Renowned chef and TV personality David Rose uses his years of EGG experience to bring a range of delicious and versatile recipes suitable for cooking on a Big Green Egg – from veggies and meaty mains, to sweet treats and even smoked cocktails. Recipes draw on David’s Jamaican heritage and classic French culinary training, as well as his Southern American influences.
