The specialty ceramics distribute heat evenly and pull moisture from the outer surface of the dough to achieve an authentic brick oven crust on your pizza. The Deep Dish Pizza / Baking Stone enables you to bake a variety of recipes, from pizza, quiche and lasagne to pies and desserts. The speciality ceramics distribute heat for even baking and perfect food browning, as the stones retain heat so efficiently, your food remains warmer for longer.
