Unlike solid pans, the holes in this grid allow wood chip smoke to permeate the food, so you can achieve a beautiful rich flavour with a bigger contact surface. These grids are non-stick, scratch resistant and dishwasher safe, making them super easy to clean. To customise your EGGspander experience, the Half Moon Perforated Grid can be paired with the half moon baking stone or half moon griddle.
