Christmas Closure
Our team is on their annual Christmas break from the 23rd December until the 6th January. During this time the office and showroom will be closed, and we will not be manning email or telephone communications. Please find below a detailed list of how our services are running during our Christmas break.
OUR SHOWROOM:
Our showroom will close at the end of business on Monday, 22nd December 2025 and will reopen on 6th January 2026. During this time, our team will be taking a well-deserved break to spend time with their families. Whilst our showroom will be closed, our online store remains open 24/7 for browsing and placing orders. However, please note that order processing, dispatch, and customer enquiries will resume when we return on 6th January. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. If you have any urgent matters that require attention before we close, please don't hesitate to contact us before 23rd December.
FOR WEBSITE ORDERS:
We're pleased to continue accepting orders throughout the festive period. Dispatch will resume on 6th January, with all orders processed chronologically according to your selected delivery option. For instance, an order placed on 27th December with 3–5 working day delivery will be dispatched after the 6th January, with delivery completed within 3–5 working days thereafter.
We endeavour to make sure that all orders placed before our break are shipped before 5pm on Monday 22nd December. However, we cannot guarantee that orders placed after the 18th December at midnight, will be delivered pre-Christmas, as per our website policy.
FOR WEBSITE RETURNS:
We have extended our returns policy for Christmas. Returns or exchanges for purchases made between 27th November and 24th December 2025 will be accepted until 31st January 2026.
If you wish to return an order, we recommend waiting until after our Christmas closure period if possible. Our offices will be closed from 23rd December 2025 to 6th January 2026, and we will be unable to process or collect returns during this time. Please note that we cannot accept liability for items lost or delayed within the transport network whilst our offices are closed.
We appreciate your understanding and will be happy to assist with your return when we reopen on 6th January 2026.
FOR RANGE COOKER ORDERS/ DELIVERIES:
Range cooker orders will continue to be accepted and automatically processed with the manufacturer throughout the festive period. Please note that range cookers are made to order and subject to individual lead times - standard 3-5 working day delivery does not apply to these products. If we have not already advised you of a lead time, we will confirm this with you after our break on the 6th January. Advisory lead times can be found in the delivery section of each product page.
